We are seeking meticulous professionals to lead our Housekeeping team and service-oriented individuals for our F&B team. Position: Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests in the resort’s restaurant and outlets.
- Take guest orders accurately and handle billing procedures.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and presented according to resort standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage list.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in an upscale restaurant or resort.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of POS systems and service procedures.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
