Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role within a 5 star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies, preferably in the Bali luxury market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Expertise in digital marketing, public relations, revenue management, and global sales distribution.
- Excellent network of contacts with key luxury travel partners, DMCs, and media.
- As a “caring colleague”, must be able to “craft unique experiences together” with the team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
