Position: Front Office Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards in Jakarta.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
