Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership role (Director or Asst. Director) in a large-scale luxury hotel.
- Proven track record of managing multiple dining outlets, banqueting, and in-room dining operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, training, and team development skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and service excellence.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta dining scene and luxury market expectations.
- Fluent in English.
