Position: Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security and safety protocols for the resort.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Security team and external vendors.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response planning.
- Ensure compliance with all local law enforcement and safety regulations in Banten.
- Conduct regular security audits and staff training on safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or Asst. Manager in a large hotel or complex.
- Formal security training and certification (e.g., Gada Utama).
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- Deep understanding of security technology (CCTV, access control).
- Excellent relationship management with local police and military authorities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written incident reports).
- Prior experience managing security during pre-opening or large-scale operations.
