Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Security department to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel assets.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and investigations.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and government agencies.
- Train and manage the security team, overseeing patrols, surveillance, and access control.
- Manage the security budget and technology (CCTV, key systems).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chief Security or Security Manager in a large hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is highly valued.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency procedures.
- Certified in security management (Gada Utama preferred) and first aid.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
