Position: Asst. Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the DOSM in managing and coaching the Sales team for maximum performance.
- Develop and implement sales action plans targeting specific market segments.
- Manage a portfolio of key corporate and MICE accounts.
- Monitor competitor sales activities and market trends in Anyer and Banten.
- Support the DOSM in developing the annual sales budget and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Asst. Director of Sales in a hotel.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets in corporate or MICE segments.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to mentor junior Sales Executives.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with sales CRM software and hotel PMS systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently for sales calls and roadshows.
