Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Managers in identifying and developing new business leads.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Conduct local sales calls and market research in the Banten and West Java area.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Host site inspections and assist in client entertainment events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Coordinator in a hotel.
- Proactive attitude and strong motivation to learn hotel sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for sales activities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
