Position: JSO Asst Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) sales efforts, reporting functionally to the DOSM.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy specifically targeting the Jakarta corporate and MICE market for the Anyer resort.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts based in Jakarta.
- Lead and mentor the JSO Sales Managers and Executives.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the JSO and the Anyer resort team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Asst. Director of Sales or JSO Manager for a resort property.
- Expert knowledge and network within the Jakarta corporate, government, and MICE market.
- Exceptional leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets for leisure and group segments.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage the JSO office budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
