Position: Reservation SPV
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Reservation Agent team and manage the daily operation of the Reservations department.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all room reservations (phone, email, online).
- Oversee inventory management, room blocking, and rate loading in the PMS.
- Handle complex guest reservations and resolve booking discrepancies.
- Train and coach agents on upselling, property knowledge, and reservation systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservation Supervisor or senior Reservation Agent.
- Expert knowledge of Opera PMS, reservation procedures, and rate structures.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Meticulous attention to detail in booking accuracy and guest data entry.
- Proactive attitude towards maximizing revenue through upselling and yield control.
- Willingness to support the commercial goals of the luxury Anyer resort.
