Position: Concierge Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide highly personalized service, assisting guests with restaurant bookings, transportation, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all resort facilities and local Anyer points of interest.
- Handle luggage service, bell service requests, and valet parking coordination.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Assist the Concierge Supervisor in maintaining organized guest files and vendor contacts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Concierge Agent, Bellman, or Guest Service Agent.
- Strong passion for delivering personalized, high-end guest service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Strong organizational skills for managing complex requests and itineraries.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy resort lobby.
- Familiarity with local attractions and services in the Banten region.
