Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform seamless guest check-in and check-out procedures with high efficiency.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and simple problem resolutions promptly and politely.
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately and maintain individual cash floats.
- Provide information about resort facilities, local Banten attractions, and services.
- Actively participate in upselling room categories and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Front Office Agent or hotel trainee.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and basic cashiering procedures.
- Exceptional grooming, professional demeanor, and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy lobby environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night audit rotations.
- Strong commitment to delivering 5-star guest service at the Anyer resort.
