Position: Belldrive (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all arriving guests, assisting immediately with luggage handling and transportation needs.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing informative details about hotel facilities, services, and room features.
- Assist with luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery upon check-in and check-out.
- Provide directional assistance and concierge-style information about the surrounding Menteng and Central Jakarta area.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and driveway at all times.
- Perform errands and tasks as requested by the Front Office team or guests, delivering efficient service.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism, reflecting the 5-star ambience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) as a Bellman, Doorman, or similar Front Office role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A) is mandatory for driving hotel vehicles.
- Excellence in communication skills and a naturally pleasant personality, suited for guest interaction.
- Strong physical condition to handle guest luggage efficiently.
- Must be available to work flexible hours as a **Daily Worker (DW)**, supporting the dynamic Front Office operations.
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred for engaging with international guests.
- Commitment to delivering efficient and sophisticated hospitality service in Central Jakarta.
