Position: Head Chef (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team at the Teppanyaki Restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Create and develop innovative Teppanyaki menus and culinary concepts
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently
- Train and mentor the kitchen brigade to maintain high standards of performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a Japanese/Teppanyaki restaurant
- Strong leadership and culinary management skills
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine and Teppanyaki techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a diverse team
