Position: Jr. Landscape Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, execution, and maintenance of landscape projects
  • Supervise field teams to ensure work is carried out according to quality standards, design, and schedule
  • Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources
  • Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Enforce workplace safety standards (HSE) on-site
  • Report project progress and issues to superiors
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding landscaping requirements
  • Support administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and inventory management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in landscaping/gardening is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plants, landscape design, and irrigation systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in the field
