Position: Jr. Landscape Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, execution, and maintenance of landscape projects
- Supervise field teams to ensure work is carried out according to quality standards, design, and schedule
- Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems, providing recommendations for improvement
- Enforce workplace safety standards (HSE) on-site
- Report project progress and issues to superiors
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding landscaping requirements
- Support administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and inventory management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in landscaping/gardening is preferred
- Basic knowledge of plants, landscape design, and irrigation systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in the field
