Position: Daily Worker Telephone Operator
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or guests
- Take and deliver messages accurately
- Provide information about hotel services and facilities to callers
- Assist with wake-up calls and emergency procedures communication
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in English; other languages are an asset
- Experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Ability to handle multiple lines and stay calm under pressure
- Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel systems
