Position: Senior Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture the Mandarin speaking market segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in Jakarta and abroad
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Proven track record in hotel sales, specifically targeting the Chinese market
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Extensive network of corporate and travel industry contacts
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies
- Results driven with a focus on revenue generation
