Position: Senior Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture the Mandarin speaking market segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in Jakarta and abroad
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
  • Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
  • Proven track record in hotel sales, specifically targeting the Chinese market
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Extensive network of corporate and travel industry contacts
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies
