Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a specific section of the kitchen to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train and guide Commis and Demi Chefs in culinary techniques and hygiene standards
  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and inventory management
  • Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Minimize food waste through efficient portion control and stock rotation

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety
  • Leadership capabilities to manage a small team within the section
  • Creativity and passion for culinary excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
