Position: CDP Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food preparation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management to control food costs
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to optimize kitchen workflow
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Highly motivated with a creative approach to food presentation
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Guest-oriented with a focus on delivering quality culinary experiences
