Position: Kitchen Admin
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Manage kitchen inventory records and order supplies as needed
- Maintain hygiene logs and food safety documentation
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and other departments
- Prepare reports on food costs and kitchen consumption
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a kitchen or F&B setting
- Good organizational and computer skills
- Highly motivated and able to multitask
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
