Position: Demi Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station
- Assist the Chef de Partie in training Commis chefs
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Demi Chef or Commis in a hotel or resort
- Good cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines
- Highly motivated, creative, and eager to learn
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-oriented with a passion for food
