Position: Trainee – Front Office
Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Office staff with guest check-in and check-out processes
- Welcome guests and provide information about resort services
- Handle guest inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized front desk
- Observe and learn standard operating procedures for guest service
Qualifications:
- Current student or fresh graduate in Hospitality Management
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn
- Service-oriented attitude and professional appearance
- Highly motivated and committed to the training program
