Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote hotel facilities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash or credit card transactions securely.
- Work collaboratively with the concierge and housekeeping teams to ensure guest comfort.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Previous experience in a Front Office role is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are beneficial.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
