Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote hotel facilities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash or credit card transactions securely.
  • Work collaboratively with the concierge and housekeeping teams to ensure guest comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Previous experience in a Front Office role is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
