Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest arrival and departure experiences
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a solution oriented approach
- Supervise Front Office staff and ensure service standards are maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff in the absence of senior management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
- Preferably residing in Bali
- High sense of customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Responsible and discipline with high self confidence
- Experience in using VHP system is a plus point
