Position: FO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Duty Manager in supervising the Front Office team
- Ensure all check in and check out procedures are handled efficiently
- Train and mentor Front Desk Agents to deliver high quality service
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the VHP system
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
- Preferably residing in Bali
- High self confidence and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills and team oriented mindset
- Young and dynamic person with a high sense of customer service
- Experience in using VHP system is a plus point
