Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth check in and check out processes
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies effectively ensuring guest satisfaction
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure adherence to service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms
- Act as the manager on duty in the absence of senior management
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and strong leadership skill
- Familiar with Power Pro System
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Excellent Command in both written and spoken English
