Position: Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth dining operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Customer-focused with a friendly demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent in hospitality
