Position: HR Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Human Resources department and strategy

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as HR Manager in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
