Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team in menu planning and food preparation
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen budget, food cost, and waste control
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- A dynamic, energetic & smart person
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong culinary background with leadership experience
- Creativity in menu development
- Strong cost management skills
- Experience in international cuisine
