Position: HC Payroll Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage tax calculations specifically PPh 21 compliance
- Supervise HR operations and administrative functions
- Handle employee relations and maintain internal policies
- Utilize Sunfish HR and GreatDay HR systems for data management
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Payroll Processes
- Proficient in Sunfish HR System
- Proficient in GreatDay HR
- Solid knowledge of Tax (PPh 21)
- Experience in HR administration and employee relations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
