Position: Purchasing Staff
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requests and orders for hotel departments
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices and terms
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance
Qualifications:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement within hospitality
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good analytical skills
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Integrity and ethical conduct
