Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets including Afterglow bar and TRIBE Kitchen
- Develop innovative menus and promotions to drive revenue
- Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and control operational costs
Qualifications:
- A dynamic, energetic & smart person
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
- Proven leadership experience in F&B management
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends
- Ability to work under pressure
- English proficiency is essential
