Position: Executive Chef
- Lead the culinary team and oversee all food production operations.
- Create diverse and high-quality menus that reflect the local culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
