Position: Sous Chef Western
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of Western cuisine.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and portion control.
- Train junior chefs in Western cooking techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
