Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and quality
- Manage and train the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and drive revenue growth
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Budgeting and financial management skills are an advantage
