Position: Head Chef (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire Teppanyaki kitchen team and operations
- Develop innovative Teppanyaki menus and culinary concepts
- Ensure operational efficiency and cost control
- Mentor the team to achieve service excellence and culinary consistency
- Engage with VIP guests and oversee special events
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Teppanyaki Chef
- Mastery of Teppanyaki cooking and performance arts
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and creative skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
