Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or large-scale operation
  • Exceptional culinary skills and creativity in menu development
  • Strong leadership to manage a diverse kitchen team
  • Expertise in food cost control, hygiene, and kitchen management
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Passionate about local and international cuisine
  • Ability to drive culinary excellence
