Position: Hygiene Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Hygiene Manager or similar role in hospitality
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards
- Ability to conduct audits and training for staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Certified in food safety management systems
- Detail-oriented and firm on compliance
