Position: Purchasing Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the purchasing process and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of market trends and supplier management.
