Position: Banquet Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the banquet service team during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Ensure all event requirements (BEOs) are met with precision and high service standards.
- Train and motivate banquet captains and casual staff.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on the floor, handling requests promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and inventory of all banquet equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- A hands-on professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English.
- A team player who fosters a friendly working relationship.
