Position: Bell Driver (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, welcoming, and safe transportation services for hotel guests.
- Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure in a professional manner.
- Maintain the hotel vehicle in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition.
- Navigate the Malang area efficiently, demonstrating good traffic knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a good attitude and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same field (Driver or Bellman).
- Honest, good attitude, loyal personality, and guest service oriented.
- Having driver licenses is a must (e.g., SIM A).
- Preferably know well traffic at Malang area.
- Target-oriented, able to work in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to join as a Daily Worker (DW).
