Position: MICE Manager
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and manage MICE accounts to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Handle MICE inquiries, prepare creative proposals, and conduct site inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all details are confirmed and communicated to the operations team.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, workshops, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the hotel’s CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a MICE Sales Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Jakarta.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A united team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Good network of MICE clients and event organizers.
- Fluent in English.
- Takes ownership and is highly motivated.
