Position: Sales Administrator Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and coordinate site inspections.
- Maintain accurate records in the sales database.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for sales trips and events.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in hotel sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
