Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and process check-ins/check-outs efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work in shifts
  • Proficient in English
