Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts, serving as the senior point of contact
  • Ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences in a luxurious resort setting
  • Address and resolve complex guest issues with professional authority and authority
  • Coordinate with security and engineering for property-wide safety and operational continuity
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure all areas meet Westin aesthetic standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Front Office leadership or as a Duty Manager in a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse operations independently
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and professional grace under pressure
  • Fluent in English for professional coordination and international guest interaction
  • Thorough knowledge of property management systems and emergency procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to operational excellence
  • Reliable and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
