Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and culinary team
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Oversee food safety and hygiene practices
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget
- Train and mentor culinary staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a luxury resort
- Strong culinary expertise and leadership skills
- Knowledge of international and local cuisines
- Excellent organizational and management abilities
- Fluent in English
