Position: CDP Hot Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the hot kitchen section to ensure consistent food quality and taste
- Direct and mentor a team of junior chefs and commis during service shifts
- Implement and oversee food safety and hygiene protocols strictly in the hot section
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to optimize section workflows and food costs
- Ensure all hot dishes meet the highest standards of culinary presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior cook or CDP role in a professional kitchen
- Strong technical skills in diversos hot kitchen cooking techniques
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a culinary workforce
- Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle high volume, fast paced service with precision
- Commitment to excellence and professional culinary growth
- Relevant culinary certification or degree is highly regarded
