Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire culinary department for an exquisite island resort
- Oversee a diverse culinary scene including all-day dining and specialty restaurants
- Ensure the highest levels of quality and luxurious experience for all guests
- Coordinate culinary operations and implement strictly Westin service and hygiene standards
- Train and develop the culinary team focusing on innovative menus and professional excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or island resort environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage complex culinary operations
- Exceptional technical knowledge of diverse cuisines and professional technical documentation
- Commitment to consistent quality and delivering a luxurious guest experience
- Strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation
- Fluent in English for professional leadership and international reporting
- Relevant culinary degree or professional certification is highly regarded
