Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food production cycles to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Lead and develop the culinary team focusing on performance management and technical training
- Implement and oversee strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols property wide
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and ingredient cost management
- Ensure all dishes meet the most refined standards of culinary presentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role within a luxury hotel
- Exceptional understanding of diverse culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a technical workforce
- Fluent in English for professional leadership and international reporting
- Detail oriented approach to maintaining high quality culinary standards
- Commitment to excellence and innovative culinary leadership
- Degree in Culinary Arts or professional certification is essential
